We adopt a simple philosophy of offering experienced recruitment consultants with technical expertise and market knowledge. Instead of relying on a huge database of candidates, or advert response we include search techniques as a fundamental part of our service, with no additional premium. This intense ‘networking’, combined with targeted advertising and a database of quality candidates built up over several years provides us a short list that reflects the quality our clients demand. The best candidates, the talent at the top of their profession is hard to attract yet essential if our clients are to maintain their competitive advantage. Edengrove’s tried and tested recruitment methodology has proven time and time again to uncover talent other agencies cannot track down. This cannot be said with confidence about all recruitment methodologies which often represent little more than a CV filtering service.
Our emphasis on finding the right candidate first time makes an in-depth understanding of both our client and our candidate essential. We therefore look to develop long-term relationships with both client and candidate to facilitate this understanding that is essential when providing a service that ‘walks, talks and thinks for itself’.
